Complete Guide To Fat Loss Training
|
Ive been training now some 31 years now. As described in your
fat loss book, I too was discouraged by all the know-it-alls
including my own family (on how exercise works).
My own brother, who watched me workout as he grew up, has
now bought the Gazzel deal and at least two crap abdominal
machines online. I use your book as a reference to keep my head
held high knowing someone, no matter what cost, will write the
truth. Thanks.

I found your book easy to read and understand. It has helped me
to understand more about the fat loss process than any other
book that I have read. It was extremely helpful and your
explanations were down to earth and easy to comprehend.
Thank you for sharing your information in such a good book.

This book is a great resource. I'm glad I bought it from you. I
found more than one problem with my previous dieting strategies
in your book... I'm losing weight, more fit, and happy with the
results---so is my wife... :) 2 Thumbs Up...

I coach at Llano HS in Texas (3A west of Austin). We just got
beat in the second round after people predicted us to finish 5th in
district. We run the Slot-T and have rushed for over 4,000 yards
the last two seasons. I have bought two of your strength and fat
loss books and enjoyed them. Tonight I just ordered both double
wing books for my “smash mouth” enjoyment. I have a lot of
Hugh Wyatt and Murphy’s, so I have been studying for a while.
There a lot of similarities between the Slot-T and the Double
Wing. There are 2 things I really like about the Double Wing, the
Power play, and the rules are very simple for offensive lineman.
The Slot-T is a great offense, but can be very complex
offensively for linemen. There are a lot of exceptions to the
rules, etc.
